The code should work. Indeed running it on launch day did work and we have since gone on to do many things with the code. However there are many know issues and we are working to fix them and distribute a patch to you.
The code crashes on first upload
While True loops stop running
Power cycle the robot and re-upload code
Vision code takes along time to process
You are doing computer vision on a pi. It will take a while. We are doing optimization but you are going to have to plan for this taking non-zero amounts of time.
